Laurie Zorn is an executive coach and strategy consultant with a strong track record of supporting leaders and their teams to boost effectiveness and broaden impact.

With over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation and talent development across a wide range of companies, from startups to Fortune 100s globally, she understands complex corporate environments and helps her clients quickly focus on key issues in order to make intentional decisions toward their goals.

Laurie works with leaders from Director-level to C-suite who are facing a critical change – in their organization, team, or role – and are committed to investing in themselves to expand their leadership capacity. Her work with clients focuses on creating empowerment, building effective relationships, and strengthening overall leadership performance.

She brings deep experience and passion for delivering customized leadership and coaching programs and has served clients across a number of industries including consumer goods, technology, healthcare and financial services.  Laurie also serves as an executive coach for global leaders in Vanderbilt University’s Master's programs and as a board member of the Columbia Coaching Learning Association.

Prior to starting her firm, Laurie held the following roles: Principal & Head of Talent Development for Business Talent Group, Corporate Strategist at Mattel, and Management Consultant at Kearney. Laurie holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Boston University. She earned her coaching certification from Teachers College at Columbia University and holds the ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation. 

Laurie lives outside of New York City with her husband and two daughters, who keep her learning and laughing every day.
